Follow the steps below to get started with your custom apparel order:

Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry

Contact us through our website by clicking the Make Inquiry button on any product or use our Contact Form. Provide the following details:

  • Product type and category

  • Quantity needed

  • Customization requirements (size, colors, logos, etc.)

  • Target shipping date

  • Any reference designs or artwork

Step 2: Quotation & Confirmation

Once we receive your inquiry, our team will:

  • Review your requirements

  • Send you a detailed quotation including product specs, pricing, and lead time

  • Confirm design feasibility and offer suggestions (if needed)

  • Finalize order details upon your approval

Step 3: Sample Development (Optional)

For large or custom orders, we recommend a sample for quality verification.

  • Sample lead time: 5–10 business days

  • Once approved, bulk production begins

Step 4: Production

After confirmation and payment:

  • We begin manufacturing based on your approved design

  • Regular updates and progress photos will be shared

  • Strict quality control is ensured throughout

Step 5: Shipping & Delivery

Upon completion:

  • Products are packed securely for international shipping

  • We share tracking information and estimated delivery date

  • We offer air, sea, and express courier shipping options
